THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING Tote Enterprises FOR YOUR RECYCLING COLLECTION NEEDS. THIS WELCOME PAGE WILL INFORM YOU OF SOME KEY GUIDELINES AND DETAILS REGARDING OUR SERVICES.
Our Carts: Our wheeled carts are 95 gallons for trash. These carts are on loan to our customers free of charge. However, all carts MUST be returned to Tote Enterprises at the end of your service. If you damage or lose the cart there will be a replacement charge of $50.00. If a wheel cracks or breaks, please contact us and we’ll happily replace or repair it for you! All carts need to be placed at the curb the night before or by 6:00am on your pickup day(s). Customers are required to use our provided carts or up to 4 personal cans are allowed. We do not pick up trash in any other bins but ours. To avoid worker injuries, personal trash cans will not be picked up.
Cart Placement: Place the cart with the wheels towards the street. Carts should be placed no more than 2 ft. from the curb, and any objects (mailbox, trees, signs, cars).
Holidays: We observe New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. To ensure that everyone gets serviced during a holiday week, we push all pickups following the actual Holiday back one day, allowing those who’s pickup fell on the holiday to be picked up the following day.
Cancellation: There is a $5.00 final cart removal fee. Please call our office to schedule your final pick up and removal of the cart
